• e验证 are used to validate visitors’ tickets as they leave your department. To create an eValidation, select the e-validation option in the left-hand column.
• If your visitor has an entry ticket issued by the parking garage, you can enter the 8-digit ticket number in the space w在这里 it says Ticket.
• Then click the blue search button to search for the entry ticket.
• Next, select the 8-digit ticket number you just entered.
• Select your HRMS department name in the Company field.
• 在分公司领域, carefully choose the correct one as this field is used for billing purposes.
• Next select the validation type, which is pre-filled.
• You may type reminders in the optional Notes field for your future reference.
• Then click the blue Validate ticket button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• A notification in the bottom right of the screen will confirm that a validation has been applied to the entry ticket.

• To create sticker validations, select the Sticker option in the left-hand column.
• In the top right of the screen click the Create Sticker button. This will take you to the page w在这里 you can create validation stickers.

• Select your HRMS department name in the Company field.
